Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

CupidCrowd is a community-driven dating platform operated by RevClip LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do on CupidCrowd, including when making a purchase (such as CupidCrowd Premium) through our payment processors. It supplements, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You may not use CupidCrowd to:

• Endanger minors. Post, request, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAE) in any form, or attempt to use the App if you are under 18. We have a zero-tolerance policy and report violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
• Harass or threaten. Bully, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any other user.
• Deceive. Create a fake profile, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions.
• Exploit or solicit. Solicit money, gifts, financial information, or engage in romance-scam behavior; sell or advertise goods or services to other users.
• Post unlawful or explicit material. Share sexually explicit content, content that promotes violence, or content that is otherwise illegal.
• Manipulate the platform. Use bots, scripts, or coordinated groups to manipulate community votes, trust scores, or any other CupidCrowd system.
• Interfere with the service. Reverse-engineer, scrape, introduce malware to, or attempt to disrupt the App or its infrastructure.
• Spam. Send unsolicited commercial messages or bulk/automated communications to other users.
• Violate others' rights. Share another user's personal information without consent, or infringe anyone's intellectual property rights.

3. Acceptable Use of Payment Features

CupidCrowd Premium purchases are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree that you will not:

• Use a payment method you are not authorized to use, or provide false billing information.
• Attempt to defraud CupidCrowd, another user, or our payment processors, including through chargeback abuse (disputing a legitimate charge without cause) or friendly fraud.
• Use CupidCrowd's payment features to launder money, finance illegal activity, or process funds on behalf of a business or purpose unrelated to your own personal use of the App.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with fraud-prevention or security features related to payments.

Our use of Stripe is also subject to the Stripe Services Agreement and Stripe's own Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Reporting Violations

Every profile and chat in CupidCrowd has a built-in Report and Block feature. Reports are reviewed by our safety team, and urgent categories (such as child safety concerns) are escalated immediately. You can also reach us directly at safety@cupidcrowd.app, and for payment-related concerns at legal@cupidcrowd.app.

5. Enforcement

Violating this policy may result in content removal, loss of access to specific features, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Where required by law, we will also report violations to the appropriate authorities.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the App or communicated by email. Continued use of CupidCrowd after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
